Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn

  • Undamaged

  • In its original condition, exactly as it was shipped

  • Returned with all original packaging

 

Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the product price. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please email us at customercare@crystalikagems.com, including your order number and the items you wish to return. We will then email you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:

  • The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 



Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.

 



Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

 



Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
