During holidays, new collection launches, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Custom requests may require additional time, and we will notify you if so.

Free shipping promotions, if available, will be automatically applied at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, it becomes their responsibility.
If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located:

Damaged Items
